We stayed in a hotel located in a small town with a soothing hot spring vibe. It took us about 30 mins to get there from the station. the scenes were beautiful with stunning mountains. Staffs were helpful and could communicate with ease. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had soft comfy beds. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, with a good variety of foods. One of the highlights was the hot spring pools, we had access to different types of them, and they were fantastic.
The hotel lacked laundry services.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right near the train station. It's very convenient to walk from the Kinugawa train station to the hotel. The rooms are a highlight, especially those with a private outdoor bath. We had the pleasure of enjoying a private hot tub of solid stone on our balcony, which was a luxurious experience. The breakfast included in our stay was a great value for money. The buffet style meals offered a wide variety of options and the quality of the food was outstanding. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist us and made our stay even more enjoyable.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at a unique hotel during my Japan tour. The hotel's onsen was the best I've ever experienced, and the rooms and staff were excellent. The central atrium with organ music created a memorable atmosphere. Despite the odd location and lack of nearby amenities, everything the hotel could control was wonderful. The buffet was exceptional, cleanliness was top-notch, and language barrier wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and just a short walk from the train station. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with the added luxury of a private hot tub and a balcony with a stunning view. The fact that breakfast is included is an added bonus.
All was satisfactory.

Loved the great range and quality of food choices at breakfast and dinner. the personal hot tub was a real luxury and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. the location next to the stunning gorge was perfect for hiking and enjoying scenic views.
The hotel was quite busy during the Easter holidays, which sometimes made it feel a bit chaotic and the onsen baths could be crowded. Some of the staff struggled with English, but they were friendly and tried their best to communicate.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel, with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the seasonal outdoor pool and the hot spring bath were some of the highlights of our stay. the room advantages were impressive with high-end appliances and fittings in a classical Japanese style. the cuisine in the restaurant was delicious and the bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting.
The only minor downside was the busy atmosphere in the public bath and the buffet during peak hours. But, on the positive side, the hotel can offer private facilities suitable for couples or people who want a more intimate experience.

Complimentary breakfast was decent and the Wi-Fi connection was strong; however, the highlight of the hotel was its rooftop bar with stunning views of the surrounding area.
The hotel was poorly maintained and in dire need of refurbishing. The bed was old and lumpy and the carpet was stained and spotted.
